    K+N takes a very conservative approach and listens to their client while bringing a very structured and value added service to the table. They strive for operational excellence and willing to flex to meet needs

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Take the time to test the business model and cultural fit. Has to meet your company needs.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We took our time to pick the right partner and all the pros/cons were worth the journey as it built to relationship

    Open to discuss KPIs and performance. Always strive to improve and does not hide issues

    Strong ops team but lacked the account leadership to grow a strategic partnership

    Overall satisfactory but would have liked to see more efficiency proposals and higher warehousing metric performance due to the low volume and simplicity of the product portfolio they managed

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    K&N can execute strongly day to day but does not offer as much value-added services as other 3PL partners I've used

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Focus more on value growth long term than just cost cutting with our partners

    Due to the size of my organization we had dedicated account management that was quick to react to needs, but not forward thinking

    Relationship management and driving specifics is always critical to insure a consistent and common understanding of expectations that exist.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Would look to see if there are benefits to bundle more of the services to better manage logistics and support costs..... total solution interest
