    Seamless transition from Conway to XPO.

    Overall Comment

    XPO's LTL services (formerly Conway) continue to deliver on time and provide quick transit times. Easy to use and navigate online tools. Transition from Conway to XPO was seamless. Their dedicated and contract services (in place of internal fleet) do a great job of managing all aspects of my business - this includes dedicated account professionals (acquired through Turbo to OHL to XPO) who have been with my account for years and understand my business needs. Low turnover results in great customer service.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Continue to develop close relationships with account contacts; your sales and operations people want to help!

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Do more with fewer service providers.

    Make sure they are transparent

    Not utilize their WMS system, but invest more in our ERP services
