    Product(s): ClearCompany Talent Management Software

    Nice product, easy to use. SaaS performance is good.

    Overall Comment

    The product is relatively easy to use and has a good user interface. I really like the ability to grade candidates for future review and the Notes feature that allows me to share comments on applicants with our HR recruiters. The performance of the SaaS based product is very good and allows me to work from anywhere. Seems to be a good solid product for us so far with a few glitches from time to time.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Have your requirements and processes documented up front. It will save you time.

    SaaS based. Nice user interface.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Sometimes there are a few minor glitches, but nothing major.

    Nothing I can think of.

    Satisfied with the product's capabilities. Good user interface; easy to navigate. Intuitive.

    So far I've only had one experience with support, but my issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner.
