    Product(s): Kenexa

    Implementation of Kenexa is very difficult

    Overall Comment

    IBM was very difficult to work with during the implementation. Their consultants were not able to understand higher education workflows or adapt their implementation plans to customer needs.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Look very carefully at the services offered, timeline proposed, and ensure the assigned consultants understand your business needs.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Very little.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    There is no data validation on data input into the system resulting in bad data fed back to our HR system.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Work more to understand how higher education operates.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Have a better research process, be more persistent with IMB consultants.

    Kenexa is difficult to implement and even harder to use.

    Service & support - overall comment

    IBM support pushes clients to adhere to timelines but their support staff does not follow the same guidelines.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    The integration was very difficult due to bad data being fed back to our HR system. We had to code a tremendous amount of data validation resulting in processing delays.
