IBM was very difficult to work with during the implementation. Their consultants were not able to understand higher education workflows or adapt their implementation plans to customer needs.
Look very carefully at the services offered, timeline proposed, and ensure the assigned consultants understand your business needs.
There is no data validation on data input into the system resulting in bad data fed back to our HR system.
Work more to understand how higher education operates.
Have a better research process, be more persistent with IMB consultants.
Kenexa is difficult to implement and even harder to use.
