I am relatively new to administering BrassRing and know that we have had a rocky history with them. We initially purchased it before it was bought by Kenexa and then by IBM. Since becoming an administrator for BrassRing, I have been thoroughly impressed with their customer service and support, especially compared to some of our other software vendors. It also seems like they have made a lot of improvements to the system to allow for better customization and workflow control.

Very poor support, service down multiple times

IBM was very difficult to work with during the implementation. Their consultants were not able to understand higher education workflows or adapt their implementation plans to customer needs.
