Product is satisfactory but challenging to use.

Product performance is satisfactory. We inherited this product from a previous installation. It's actually difficult to imagine that this a market leader product. Changes to the platform, becuase it is a SaaS, is challenging even when we would consider to be basic funcationality. It seems like the product is one size fits all but doesn't really fit anyone well.

Seamless implementation with only minor learning curves required.

Our LMS implementation was extremely efficient. The vendor was available for support on demand allowing us to complete the implementation early and under budget.

Implementation was long and PS was not knowledgable enough

Saba started out as Gartner Magic Quadrant but their support and services have follen off dramatically. Their offerings are more geared to HCM on not much focus on the LMS piece we purchased Saba for.

Strong integrations and back end & compliance, Terrible User Experience, Out-of-Date

The product is strong in terms of being able to integrate with other systems, do ecommerce well, and has a great compliance record, as well as customer service statistics - but frankly it is 20 years behind in its user interface and user experience both for front-end users and administrators. Practically speaking this is unforgivable that a major player in the market is so bad in terms of look and feel function. Smaller vendors like Absorb and Expertis continue to innovate in this area.

Very satisfied with implementation support and product performance. Saba is an extremely user-friendly solution that is also fairly easy to configure.
