    Very satisfied with implementation support and product performance. Saba is an extremely user-friendly solution that is also fairly easy to configure.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The flexibility it offers to configure a number of different ways for our particular needs.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    It seems that product development does not provide good communication to the implementation consultants. There were several instances where features were changed during our implementation with no communication to the user or even the internal consultant. This is definitely an opportunity for improvement.
