Our experience has been positive so far with the Skillsoft suite. Lately though with the purchase of SumTotal - we are concerned about the loss of market share seen. We plan to re -look at options this year.

Sumtotal works well to deliver assessments and modules to ensure employee understanding and compliance. The interface isn't always as intuitive as it could be, but it does do what it's supposed to do once a user learns to use it.

Implementation consultants and managers were great to work with. On going support has been sometimes slow and inefficient. The reporting solution provided is a little slow and clunky.

This is a good, solid product that performs as we had expected/hoped. Our support from SumTotal is good, and they're responsive to our requests.
