Great customer service, but not very personalized at time when you are unable to get a hold of your customer service rep.
Ensure you have at least 2 people that fully understand the reports that are utilized and relied upon.
Being able to access data on our own.
It is difficult to find a customer service representative that fully understands certain reports that are relied upon for reporting purposes. And, someone that understands the formulas or logic behind why a report is calculating data a particular way. The report reference guide is helpful, but often times you need an individual to help speak to it in layman's terms.
Provide reporting for deferred tax assets that are not charged for as additional consulting fees.
No, other than push more on the impact of certain settings in the system and best practices for maintaining the data integrity.
