    Product(s): Front Arena

    Relatively smooth due to our usage on prem of same software earlier.

    Overall Comment

    In the end it worked well reasonably on time. Supplier a bit new to cloud delivery and processes and so where we.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be careful with details in agreement and make it crisp and clear what you mean in the wording. Simulate the situation before you sign agreement and try to make it work for both parties.

    Well known

    A bir old and not exensive in term of revenue at vendor

    Cutomer focus

    Prepare more for the change, expecttion management. Co ordinated effort ie homogenious approach
