Implementation was smooth yet focus more on network latency to service provider

The implementation process went smoothly and UC services are generally well liked by the employees. More frequently that we prefer, we encounter problems with broken Skype links in meetings, poor audio quality and abrupt service outages, which we get little root cause. We are investigating network alternatives to reduce the latency from our users to the Arkadin instance. In hindsight, this is an area we should be evaluated more closely during the implementation.
