    Product(s): Unified Communications and Collaboration Managed Services (UCCMS)

    Functionally the UCCMS solution makes sense - practically it provided challenges.

    Overall Comment

    The Vendor was overall average - their ability to integrate into our security and compliance infrastructure was lacking and caused several challenges for implementation.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Dive deep with the vendor to understand how the solution will integrate with your on-prem environment to avoid challenges later in implementation.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The Microsoft technologies provided work well.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Cost model, security model, compliance model.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provided pricing more aligned with "aaS" solutions.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    More work at the beginning to drive out security and compliance requirements and integration opportunities.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Highly recommend using Avanades / Accentures change process to complement the deployment - they have a mature process and reporting capability.
