Fast and easy deployment.
Make sure you have a high quality Internet connection. The only problem we have with our VOIP solution is unreliable Internet in some locations.
Easy to use and very little administration is needed.
Outages due to Internet disruptions.
I wish they would have tested all of our Internet circuits before implementation. I understand that this is standard procedure today.
When working with the 3rd party implementers, I would have insisted on a different brand of firewalls in each location instead of Cyberoam.
We have used the support services multiple times and the team is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
