With phone service, the number one issue is voice quality and reliability. Overall, service has usually been good, though since we went live just over a year ago, we have had more outages than we would like, some of which took months to resolve completely.

Planning and implementation went well overall. I would have like to see a little more involvement from Vonage on the preparation side, my teams did all the heavy lifting in plotting out existing extensions and users and mapping it to the new system. The Broadsoft platform itself has been very easy to adopt, training was excellent and users adapted quickly
