They were very helpful in getting everything set up. Set-up costs and times were as estimated. Have had no issues since the system was implemented.

Difficult getting billing switched over from Avaya and getting tax exempt and insurance correct. One of our locations is still not live due to construction needed from Charter Communications...has been over 6 months. Our implementation specialist has been awesome! Admin website could be a litte more user friendly.

I have been involved with improving how we use VotaCall's offerings within our agency. My experience working with the Project Management and Support teams are very positive and professional. The responses I have received to any inquiries I have about our products/contract have been speedy and informational. I was not a part of choosing this system and only know what I have learned from pointed questions I have asked but I feel assured that inquiries I have will be addresses appropriately.

VotaCall has been a very responsive group to work with. We are transitioning our exisiting phone system in stages. We wanted to prove the technology and the system would work for before we commited the entire operation to the VOIP system. It has gone very smoothly so far and we are moving forward. The system has allowed much greater flexibility and continues to present us with options that we can utilze to make us more efficient.

Votacall has been a reliable and stable cloud phone provider for more than 3 years. They have good customer service, quick support response, and when they make mistakes (as everyone does), they are willing to acknowledge them and address them immediately.

Everytime we have had an outage or issue, Votacall has always resolved it. I had an IT representative from VerizonFios come look at our router and they worsened our internet connection. I can truly say, I don't plan on calling anyone else other than a member from the Votacall team when it comes to internet or phone problems.
