    the lack of product sharing and validation with NIAP/FIPS, etc

    Easy and quick implementation but our IT team needed to work a lot to get things done.

    To ensure to let your vendor understand your implementation needs in time and manner.

    best support for the implementation process.

    To understand from the begining and in a deeper way the scope of work of the vendor in order to avoid false expectations about the implementation process.

    Google is too much of a blackbox provider for my liking.

    Do you homework and make sure you fully understand what your end users are looking to do with the solution.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Collaboration tools.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    No control over patches and software releases to the business.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide more insight on how things work from the inside. Google is too much of a blackbox solution.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Not let the business completely drive the project.
