Documentation was lacking; product suite was strong

Some learning curve; and documentation in certain places was lacking. That being said, there's nothing we lost in the transition in terms of functionality and flexibility, and we gained more stability.

Setup and implementation of Google apps for work for collaboration and overall unified communications was quite simple and did not require a steep learning curve.

Mile-wide offering, some products need more depth

I like the overall G Suite, but find a few products lacking. Google drive is no Dropbox for example. Some providers offer more in-depth parametering, but G Suite is still leading because of the wide vision and range of products.

Big win using Google Apps vs. ISP provided product.

Migration was bumpy because of existing domains. Once that hurdle was overcome, rollout was easy.

Easy and transformative.

Overall pretty good. They do tend to spam us with offers for additional services and such (move to the NEW Google xxx platform). Also they are a bit stingy with their roadmap. But overall google is rock solid and the ability to do hangouts from anywhere has been a game changer.
