An Excellenct Experience

Shoretel has been a good product with solid support. However, whenever we are not on the latest version of the software, we have a harder time getting help troubleshooting quality issues.

Initial 3rd party integrator was difficult to work with. Second time around with a different 3rd party integrator was successful.
