    Smooth implementation - system works well.

    Overall Comment

    Installation was simple, price was reasonable, functionality was a great fit.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be sure to understand where you have sufficient POE switches and appropriate QOS on network.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Love easy the system was to implement and use, love the ease with which we can make moves/adds/changes.

    Implementation was easy - this product delivers on it's promises.

    Product was as easy to implement and support as it had claimed. Adoption by users was excellent - even among our most vocal opponents.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Find a good partner for implementation. Train users multiple times to improve feature use and adoption. Communicate often.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It works, it has a low TCO for an SMB.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing. We had no issues with Shoretel. Would have liked to see better project management from the VAR.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Wrap a bit more project management and VAR management around the project. I think the results would have been the same but we might meet the original deadlines for implementation.

    The product has met our needs and has additional features available for implementation when we choose to expand on what we have.

    The system was integrated with Outlook and our Active Directory. All went as planned.

    Spend triple the amount of time you think you spend doing end-user/department interviews.
