My experience has been very positive. Highly trained technicians, customer focus. performing product.
Absolutely choose this product. They have a very clear vision of the future.
The product is user friendly. The usability due to the fact that it does not need to install anything on your PC, you just need a browser.

I had a good experience with this vendor. We have also worked together to introduce new features. Our installation was very complicated, so at the beginning there have been some technical issues.
Thanks to CDR-View tool, it's possible to monitor and analyse telephony activities, SLA, stats and the activity of call queues and contact center
Nothing, I'm satisfied. Perhaps the product functionalities could be expanded.
Users have immediate access to all the means of communication and have everything under control.
Some delays in technical support.
Once initial technical problems related to the deployment were resolved, we observed boosting of contact center performance.
