This product is quick to deploy, ergonomic and efficient . It's easy to connect onto databases to script actions depending to caller status. Easy to administrate and make statistics, compared with Mitel or Alcatel systems. The cost is another good point . The only default is that we need to use Chrome navigator for collaboration software (softphone). With TSE serveurs , it's very complicated to implement because cache size grows a lot, and transfert of these files slows session opening

I had a good experience with this vendor. We have also worked together to introduce new features. Our installation was very complicated, so at the beginning there have been some technical issues.
