JIRA is easy to use, simple to set up, and has many integrations (upwards of 3,000 in Atlassian Marketplace) that we use daily, such as with Slack and Trello to name a few. Though the options to customise seem a bit rigid at first, with some time spent getting over the initial learning curve, you can do pretty wonderful and bespoke things with the software. However, be prepared to commit time to learning how and what you need to make your experience your own.
