The integration platform between HJ and Microsoft AX is not existant. The integration was developed on the fly and was never tested. HJ told us that they had an integration tool but it did not exist. We had to hire a 3rd party to write code to integrate the two systems. This incurred significant cost and implementation delays.

Easy to work with the technical support team. Product is highly adaptable and configurable which is important for us as a 3PL.

HighJump platform allows us to quickly configure the UI, RF flow, functionalities and even integration program, no source code limitation so we can freely choose the implementation resources as we need, all other WMS vendors couldn't do that, we are a big and growing fast company so we need to consider the 10 years plan for WMS solution for multiple warehouses. We can see every details inside the WMS algrithm and logics which other WMS cannot. Most key point is we can 100% control the system.

What HighJump is different from other WMS vendors - in a good way - is its flexibility and scalability. The ablity to cusotmize is so strong and the functions can be created as required. While the service fees and support fees would be a little higher than those WMS with full functionalities (China's home vendors).

I have implemented Accellos WMS at other locations and would never consider recommending another product to anyone, no matter what size of a WMS is required. AW1 can handle anything that you throw at it and is extremely user friendly. If properly operated, it is quite possibly the most valuable tool out there for distribution type models.

The factor that led us to choose WMS HighJump solutions, was the ease way of adaptation to our business. We had a bold growth prospect in relationship of the deployment of new subsidiaries, and having a WMS system and a deployment team that could support this growth was the sucess key. Since from the beginning we had a great support from Otimis's team both in the system migration and in the implantation as well. This support and main users trainning provided a migration and deployment withou big troubles.

The system supports our business in flexibility - we are multi-tennacy 3PL and our 22 different contracts all work in sometimes radically different ways. It allows us to integrate all our core processes - that is, we have over 400 integrations running mainly for exchanging critical data, but sometimes also for report automation. The system also includes are portal, to help customers view and access their data from anywhere. The configurability and adaptability is very strong and is a large part of the demand we make on the vendor: to understand how to become flexible using this system. As a result the difficulty of the initial experience - learning how we can become flexible to automate our processes - this difficulty cost us more time at the beginning of the implementation process than we had envisaged.

The system is very stable and extraordinarily adaptable based on individual customer business needs. It scales well, performs well under heavy load, and gives us great traceability of inventory in whatever configuration each individual customer may require. From maintaining inventory based on customer tracking requirements and terminology, to customized label and document printing based on both customer and consignee, the in-built workflow designer allows you to tailor the system based on each customer's needs. HighJump's responsiveness to our needs is excellent, and their understanding of the industry is among the best I've seen. Integration with our customers' systems can be challenging, as the system does not currently natively support or have documented web services or a web api, and EDI functionality centers around inadequately documented programmatic switch-case labels. Given the number of customer requests we receive for direct integration into systems, improving this area would be significant. The company has maintained a vision for an broad, integrated ecosystem of products to meet specific vertical and horizontal needs, which is exciting, but I perceive meeting this vision has historically been hampered by both the vision's own breadth and execution decisions with regards to appropriate technologies. Recent efforts have indicated that this vision is nearing reality, however, and I think will be of huge benefit to the user community. That change will be welcomed, as it will finally allow the product to shed it's Java-based roots, and take advantage of fuller functionality of newer technologies.
