This software has one of the best user interfaces in the industry for a WMS. It's very intuitive even for first-time system users to learn and run reports, do some data extraction. Our IT team also said implementation was very quick as it was a cloud solution and very customizable as well for our requirements. Once IT implemented, start-up and training were very easy.

I appreciate the flexibility, expertise and speed to deploy with skilled resources. Logfire is proving to be a great partner.

Pros:The basic WMS product works well. Very good application in the cloud; easy and fast client onboarding. Great for less complicated operations. The management is available to hear our problems, very responsive (but cant deliver). We are happy as long as we stay away from custom work, any integration work with them. Cons: Low quality custom work, very low integration capabilities and reliability (has standard flat file integration which works. If you ask for EDIs or anything else, they cant handle the development and support. We had a lot of issues. We are not asking for any integration help any more. We are converting their flat files to other formats ourselves). Not comfortable to use for high volume clients. No decent shipping system capabilities (especially for Canada) which is a big problem for a 3PL like SCI. They dont have a strategy to have one either. They have built-in ShipLinx shipping system which is not working properly with lots of technical issue. LogFire claim they support a ton of carriers, actually they barely support any. Now they are moving into Connectship (instead of ShipLinx). Right now they support only 2 carriers. With problematic integration capabilities, we dont believe the experience will be better than with Shiplinx... They have no documentation (or very limited) at all. We got some 2 years ago, kept asking for updated version, but nothing. They keep promising. They deliver the custom work 2 times a year only as part of new Logfire releases (means I need to upgrade). Need to pay $40K to receive updates 4 times a year. Each LogFire upgrade is problematic as they cant provide a stable test environment.

LogFire integrated to our business within a very short implementation timeframe. It has allowed our business to grow and attain throughputs that we would not have been able to maintain with our previous WMS system. Being in an e-commerce retailing environment has a specific set of challenges when it comes to WMS functionality. This has caused us to invest more money in development because the base functionality of LogFire was more geared towards bigger retailing distributors. Also, the base product does not allow sufficient tracking of productivity measurements. This needs to be bought separately in order to have proper tracking of user productivity.

The implementation and integration was conducted extremely well. We met all timelines and go live dates without any major blocking issues. We sacrificed some functionality to meet go live expectations and have been somewhat disappointed with the post go live support after transitioning from the implementation team to the support team.

Logfire team has a deeply knowledge operations which give them an advantage against the competitors.

Initially contact via the web site was challengeing to estabilish. Once estabilished support was very good. The design team proved very knowledgable and were able to provide various configurable options to acheive outcome. Although the design process was managed remotely this did not prove to be any disadvantage
