Softeon was able to step into a challenging situation with a very condensed timeline delver us a highly functional WMS platform. Thier project managment team was excpetional. After go live, if issues have come up they are very responsive and turn around any tickets in a brief period of time. One of the neat things about Softeon is the Indisn development group that suplements thier tem in the US. You leave at night with a problem and come back in the morning with a solution. They have been able to address all of our unique business needs with custom work, if their core functionality does not handle it natively. From top to bottom a first class company.

Service level and responsiveness from all of their support staff has been above average or better. Communication has at times however been unclear and imprecise leading to delays or issues.

Good: On-Site support during go-live and post go-live. Implementation team going over and above to ensure fully functional at go-live. Support team for post go-live activities. Understanding the specifics of our business. Ability to work with different technologies; i.e., mobile devices, browsers, etc. Continued support from the vendor's project manager. Versatality, agility, responsiveness, and flexibility. To Work On: Ensuring our business requirements are clear to all. Standardized vendor's documentation.

From the beginning, the Softeon team provided expertise, a strong vision, and a tailered solution to meed our fulfillment needs in the simplest form possible. Their continued support is incredible, and for every question on enhancing processes, they have multiple options to consider.

Implementation was excellent, support pre and post launch was good, ongoing configuration extensions have been invaluable.
