    Product(s): HD Audio & Video Conferencing

    Satisifed with the product and with updates accomplished by the vendor.

    Overall Comment

    As a cloud service this product works on any network connected device - ipad, iphone, mac, windows, android, etc.. This gives this product a significant advantage to conduct web meetings with anyone inside and outside our organization. For advanced features the client does need to be downloaded but for most users this is not a requirement for a typical online meeting. Overall, the experience has been excellent but occasionally there are quality of service issues which could be occurring for any bandwidth limitations anywhere in the local network or internet.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Capability to use any device, with or without a client to host, and participate in multiple types of collaboration and web meetings.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Updates at this time are not predictable, but older clients typically will work without issues so an immediate update is not required if a user is about to host a meeting.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing at this time.

    Product capabilities - overall comment

    The product works on a range of devices through a web browser only, and will also work with a client install to utilize advanced features, administration and management.

    Service & support - overall comment

    As stated previously, the issues that occur are due to network issues of the user. This system requires very little bandwidth when compared with other like solutions due to data compression when compared to Microsoft, IBM and other solutions for online collaboration.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    The product just works with no user instruction needed other than what is provided in the help file for the users currently utilizing this tool.

    Overall Comment

    Implementation was very good. They had a team focused on our rollout and user adoption.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Develop a strategy for getting your users comfortable with web conferencing. Possibly select standardized AV equipment if possible to make it easier to support.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of use, high quality VoIP, HD video.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Frequent updates to the client and the fact it has a client, and is not fully browser based (which is due to the HD video, which is very nice).

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    They have gone through several changes at the C level and had some challenges. We believe they may be back on track now.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing
