    Google is hard to get a hold of but once you do, they are wonderful.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Train, train, train. Show people real uses for the software. They need to be able to see how it can be used in their jobs.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Simplicity. Ease of use. Users can quickly bring up Hangouts multiple ways and send a message.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    You have to be a Google user to interact with the system. It would be nice to be able to connect to Microsoft or other IM systems.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    They were good. They did the best they could, other than flying someone out and having them sit with us.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Push more about reducing emails and using Instant Messaging as a way to communicate. Simpler and less overhead.

    I think that this is excellent video conferencing software. Really high quality and easy to use.

    They change the product too often.

    Better support.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Look at paid solutions.

    I think that this is a terrific software to use for quality video conferencing. I love how it focuses the picture on whomever is speaking at the moment.

    No support needed. It is plug and play simple.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Super easy deployment. Just download a plugin for the web browser.
