Very simple solution. Biggest downside is the phone quality is not sufficient when participants use a phone to dial in.

Join.me seems to work fine for our size of company, although we did experience some connectivity issues. There were also issues with some enterprise customers blocking the technology via their firewall.

LogMeIn was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. After their product was selected, they continued to provide outstanding support and information, as well as cost flexibility.
