Very simple solution. Biggest downside is the phone quality is not sufficient when participants use a phone to dial in.
See if phone call quality has improved. Test from mobile phone, land-line, multiple people dialing-in, conference phones, etc.
Simple to deploy, simple for business and customers to remember how to use it.

Find a solution with better phone audio.
With cloud solution, as long as you understand how to use the tool (and join.me makes it easy) then there's little reason to ever need support.

Join.me seems to work fine for our size of company, although we did experience some connectivity issues. There were also issues with some enterprise customers blocking the technology via their firewall.
Be sure you've researched the compatibility with enterprise firewalls.
Ease of use, low cost, easy to deploy in a small organization.
Lack of compatibility with firewalls, intermittent service at times.
Join.me will need to work on the firewall issues if they want to move to enterprise class.

LogMeIn was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. After their product was selected, they continued to provide outstanding support and information, as well as cost flexibility.
Thoroughly investigate product functionality.
