this is a great web sharing program that allows me to train internal staff and our clients in a cost effective manner.
this is a great program that allows users to share information and communicate.
has video recording of sessions which is a great feature
that the presenter cant see the list of attendees when screen sharing
i wish there were more available features

I find that PGi is highly involved in all aspects of the business. When I had an issue with the software, I got a call immediately about the issue and everyone was quick to want to resolve any issues that might arise. I find that I am treated with great respect and everyone involved with PGi works their best to ensure that the client is satisfied. They also have great perks like PGi Insiders just for their clients.
Make sure to go with a company that you know will give you the individual service and attention that you deserve.
The ease of use and having all the various platforms that can work together and be used.
There a quick turnaround on any issues I had.

Due to internal expertise, implementation was fairly straightforward and quickly implemented. The product turned out to be a bit less intuitive for end user community decreasing the overall adoption rate of enhanced functionality. We replaced the product at the end of 1 year.
Consider ease of use of functionality that is beyond the base level. Will your user community readily utilize the enhanced features of this service?
Tech staff liked the enhanced features.
not as user-friendly as we had hoped.
Better end user documentation would have been a great help. We had to modify the documentation for ease of use.
expand proof of concept to larger user community/trial period.

We did not need support for implementation. Product lacked "ease of use" and easily understood user documentation.

The staff at PGi has been wonderful to work with. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve.
Don't be afraid to test the products and see which one is best for you and your company.
Simple to use, and the customer support team is very responsive.
PGi continues to upgrade its products allowing for seemless conference calls and web meetings.
Smooth integration for the easy to use products.
