PGI was easy to work with. They had the right level of expertise to help with the implmentation and provided very good customer support and portal tools to easily manage the account.

PGi offers great products! iMeet is a great tool that offers a reliable online meetings to host presentations, demos, training, etc. The staff is fabulous and very willing to help.

I find that PGi is highly involved in all aspects of the business. When I had an issue with the software, I got a call immediately about the issue and everyone was quick to want to resolve any issues that might arise. I find that I am treated with great respect and everyone involved with PGi works their best to ensure that the client is satisfied. They also have great perks like PGi Insiders just for their clients.

Due to internal expertise, implementation was fairly straightforward and quickly implemented. The product turned out to be a bit less intuitive for end user community decreasing the overall adoption rate of enhanced functionality. We replaced the product at the end of 1 year.

The staff at PGi has been wonderful to work with. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve.
