Hippo has proven to be a very responsive partner, and the product is everything they had shown during the sales process. They truly are committed to our success as a new partner.
Take the opportunity to engage with this vendor during the sales process - they are willing to provide support and assistance above and beyond other partners.
There is an honesty about the company and their belief in the product.
Their sales team are more technical and less 'sales' focused than many of their competitors, which gave us a much more granular and believable view of the product.
Plan for additional consulting costs for the first implementation - we had planned to develop the site using internal resources after a 1-week training course. In reality, to be successful, we would recommend using Hippo consulting services or a partner.
