    A modern CMS but with some product maturity issues.

    Overall Comment

    Performance issues due to scale (large amounts of content and a large number of users). Vendor has been very helpful in helping fix issues, though, so our relationship with the vendor is very good. Some issues with technical documentation not being comprehensive enough. The product is developing rapidly which has been a positive experience.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Understand what you want to achieve and use the capabilities of the tool in the right way. Carefully assess the need for custom development.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Visual authoring experience

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Performance when the amount of content grows (though this is to some extent our own fault in how we use the product), certain bizarre bugs.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We did too much customization / custom development which has led to some problems. We also did some other mistakes, like not using the product in the best way (e.g. using "content" vs "pages").

    Generally pretty good, except for specific technical issues and bugs it can take time

    Working with AmericanEagle.com was a pleasure. They moved the project forward and were very detail-oriented.

    Set realistic timelines.

    Easy to use and schedule publication.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I wish they would have provided more conservative timeline expectations. We were a little later than anticipated on some stages of the project.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We didn't realize how intensive the project would be. That was primarily related to pulling data out of our previous content management system. We would have allotted more time for the project.

    Establish your architecture first this helps in making the implementation easier.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It was easy to install, there is a lot of support documentation and the service is great.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Sometimes the caching can cause an issue but there is an easy and manageable workaround for this.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    They do a great job.
