    Quite good implementation however the cloud solution was not mature for our size that time

    Overall we are very satisfied with the product. We faced some difficulties as pioneers in the cloud. But those were fixed on the way and currently the product serves us very well.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Put focus on an integration with the other systems in the early stages.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Open solution; easy to integrate and customize.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Performance of the analytics (in version 7).

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Responsivness and accessibility.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Use an implementation partner. It might speed up the resolution of the issues we found on the way.

    Strong enterprise tool but support requires more than just webmasters or UX to support.

    Strong enterprise capability, however, written in .net so reliance on application vendors or application developers vs generic webmasters to manage entire solution.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Strong workforce for large enterprises. Not good for small companies with small IT shops.

    reliability, security and features

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    .Net customizations

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Use out of box and not custom with .net code so that things like even headers require senior technical staff to make simple changes.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Use it out of box and not custom.

    Support of the tool requires certification of developers.

    Extremely satisfied with Sitecore and their expertise and training provided. Product has been fantastic. Third party vendor that assisted with implementation was less than exemplary and created issues during implementaiton we're still dealing with.

    Hire a more competent 3rd party vendor.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The very robust and complete feature set.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Cost.

    None, Sitecore was fantastic.

    Comprehensive solution for capstone digital marketing presence

    Overall Comment

    Good overall. Responsive on support. Documentation and best practices guidance needs significant improvement, but vendor is working on that.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure you or your partner develop and configure accoridng to Sitecore's recommended practices.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Excellent design, good innovation.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Some unrefined parts that should be cleaned up, although responsive support helps mitigate this considerably.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    More direct support of customers who do not have a partner.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Engage a partner throughout entire product ownership (we only had a partner for the first 2 months).

    While effecitve, your service will be almost entirely over a web site, and esclation procedures are loose.
