Aspect EQ Workforce Optimization

We love the new user interface, and are excited about the product roadmap

We've been extremely happy with Aspect's WFO 8.1 upgrade. The updated UI was well received by the agents...it's easier to navigate, more intuitive to use, and there a no browser compatibility issues. From an administration perspective, there are a few useful features that were not migrated to the new interface, but most of these have been addressed in the 8.2 release.

Relationship with our representative is great, implementation team lacks experience.

The relationship with Aspect has been great. Thier focus on partnering with us to help make us successful really impressed us. During the implementation, we ran into a few technology issues including a lack of experience integrating with our SSO provider, Okta and with our ACD version, Cisco UCCX. We were also surprised by how limited the options are for scheduling.
