    Socialtext software is easy to install and use.

    Okay.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Buy it.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Widgets.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Not intuitive.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    The configuration is cryptic and not intuitive - make it easier to setup and configure.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Roll out single sign on earlier - we did it years afterwards. Train people regarding it's use versus just putting it out there for folks to figure it out on their own.

    We set it up in a day - very easy.
