    Tibco ESB rocks!

    Overall Comment

    The software is very stable and just runs. We've had very little production problems.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Focus on the design of your services to ensure resuability

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The stability of the product.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Tibco professional services is expensive - I wish they were cheaper. 3rd party vendors are less expensive but very capable

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Train more in-house people in SOA architecture design and web service development.

    Needed more integration with Microsoft.

    Don't implement just because the CEO says 'because I said so'.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The collaboration stream is nice and the new ability to integrate with SP is good.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    One more thing to manage and open.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Have a compelling business reason to install.

    Need more seamless integration so the tool naturally fits in with my everyday worklife. Nobody wants another tool to manage.

    The vendor was good. The project failed due to internal issues.
