We’ve invited Josh to come back this time in interview fashion to share his perspectives on the key ways you can leverage an agency with your AR program — a question we are often asked. In addition, Josh will talk about why it’s important for AR to stay connected to the social media strategists within your organization as more and more IT buyers and analysts use social media.
