About Us

Interactive Media develops Customer Care Solutions for Telco and Enterprise Clients. Our own R&D facilities develop enhanced software platforms and application templates for Customer Self-Service Systems using Virtual Assistants and Automated Call Center Agents. Our main Solutions include: Multimodal Interactivity, Speech IVR, Interaction Recording, Email Response, and Carrier Grade IMS subsystems.

Solutions are powered by IM.Meltemi®2.0 Multimodal Service Delivery Platform using standard interfaces and protocols connecting to the communication network (web, phone) and 3rd party applications and databases. Our Solutions may be integrated into new or existing Contact Centers in centralized, distributed, and cloud computing architectures. Our proactive and interactive services grant device choice flexibility (wired phone, mobile phone, PC, media phone) and the sharing of existing processes and information.

To work more effectively on linguistic technologies, Interactive Media, together with a spin-off of Trento University, started a daughter company, IM Service Lab, aimed at R&D in the field of spoken and multimodal dialog interfaces. Multimodal applications grant efficient and effective Customer Care, help to improve Customer Satisfaction and lower costs thanks to a better balance between self and assisted services.

Our Company owns and develops the whole software platform used to build Customer Interaction Solutions. The R&D center, specializing in language processing technology (IM Service Lab), and the Engineering Group, which takes care of product development and support, work jointly to keep the software platform state-of-the-art. The Natural Language Solution Group develops interactive applications using our software, technology and methodology. Thanks to our software tools, application development is quick and efficient.

Interactive Media works directly or through partners in the Enterprise and Telco markets in Europe, North and South America. Main Clients include Network Carriers, Government Agencies, Universities, and Healthcare Organizations.
