Special Event
Event access
The Special Event will take place on Tuesday, October 20 from 8:00 - 11:00 pm! All attendees must be 21 years of age, wear their conference badge, and carry a form of photo ID at all times to access the park.
Transportation
You have the option to walk from the main campus or take a shuttle from any Gartner hotel.
Shuttle: you can hop on a Gartner shuttle from any Gartner hotel between 7:40 - 8:40 pm.
Walking path: a walking path is available from the main campus (this includes The Dolphin, The Swan, Yacht & Beach, and Boardwalk). Start at the Atlantic Dance Hall and follow the guides to the park (the path takes approximately 15-20 minutes).
When you're ready to head back, shuttles for all Gartner hotels will depart from the park's main entrance between 9:30 - 11:30 pm.

Guest passes
What does a guest pass include?
As a conference attendee, a Special Event Guest Pass provides you with the opportunity to obtain one pass for one guest (21 years or older) to join you at the Special Event (including food, beverages, and entertainment offered as part of the event).
What is the cost of a guest pass?
A Special Event Guest Pass can be purchased by Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo Full Pass Attendees for $350. If you are a member, please reach out to your Gartner Representative to see if you're eligible to receive a complimentary Special Event Guess Pass.
How do I obtain a guest pass?
To obtain a Special Event Guest Pass prior to the conference, you may reserve online through your Conference Registration Profile or by calling our Global Conferences Call Center at the numbers below. To obtain a Special Event Guest Pass while on-site at the conference, please visit our Registration Support Desk located in Dolphin Central Pavilion.
(Please note, Exhibitor Booth Staff are not eligible to purchase a Special Event Guest Pass.)
How do I pick up a guest pass?
To pick up a Special Event Guest Pass, the conference attendee must accompany the guest pass holder, who will be required to present a valid photo ID at the Registration Support Desk located in Dolphin Central Pavilion during registration hours:
- Sunday, October 18: 1:00 – 7:30 pm
- Monday, October 19: 7:30 am – 7:15 pm
- Tuesday, October 20: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
Additional information
- A Special Event Guest Pass does not include access to any conference content, sessions, spaces, meals, or the Exclusive Member Lounge.
- A Special Event Guest Pass cannot be requested, purchased, or picked up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios® Theme Park.
- A Special Event Guest Pass is subject to Registration Terms & Conditions.
