We want to switch from company cell phones to having employees use personal devices. Thoughts on putting a company MDM (like InTune) on their personal devices? If so is there push back? Stipends?

I am interested in learning how large enterprises are managing the provisioning and replacement of iPads in their environment. We are in the retail space and our iPads are regularly breaking. We currently have a 2 year warranty so there is a lot of time and effort in returning the devices, shipping them to be fixed, getting them returned, reprovisioning them and then sending back to the store.

Does anybody have a better and cost effective solution?

We are a large manufacturing company with over 17,000 associates, about half of whom have company-provided cell phones. We average two lost devices per week, which seems low, but executive management is concerned and wants to know if our numbers are typical compared to other companies. My questions are: 1. Do other companies also struggle with lost or stolen devices? 2. What is the average number of lost devices per week? 3. Are there repercussions for associates who lose devices due to carelessness or negligence?

Due to the questionable roadmap of Workspace One in regards to DDM support and modern architecture, I was looking at migrating Apple workloads to Intune. Internal testing has yielded similar results. Are there any large risks and challenges for those that performed the migration?

Do you have any feedback or experiences to share with installing Vocera on iPhones? We currently use Intune for our iOS fleet but are planning on moving away from Vocera badges and installing Vocera on iPhones. We are hearing that this has been problematic for other healthcare organizations that have gone this route.
