We have a cost barrier on everything. My problem with low code/no code where non-IT developers build solutions is around support and future updates

IT frequently gets tagged to support and make further updates on solution ls we know nothing about, didn’t get any documentation, no additional staff to support etc.

They can be great services for the business but plan for support and enhancements

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
