Lack of business commitment or false business commitment. False commitment is when a VP or maybe even a Director publicly supports the Transformation but privately doesn’t. They over schedule the required business people so they won’t participate or only participate at a surface level and don’t truly have skin in the game. Make sure the business resources from VP to line workers have goals in their performance reviews to successfully implement the projects or don’t bother starting
