In my Company, we are currently in the assessment stage. We are actively involved and committed to defining a Governance Team and addressing all crucial data-driven aspects, such as compliance, privacy and let me say all the principles for a Responsible AI. It is really a long way and I am wondering if the companies where the GenAI has been rolled out suddenly, a short-cut has been followed.

GPT/LLM models are great initial ramp up for Ai adoption however specific Ai ontology or SLM will need to be created to scale and ensure reliability

May I ask which institution one may go to learn Organisational Development as a long-term course or short course?

I’m part of the Cybersecurity team with a focus on AI security. Since the AI boom, there’s been an explosion of certifications available—sometimes it’s hard to know which ones truly matter.

My current focus areas include Ethical Hacking, PenTesting, Red Teaming, and AI Governance and Strategy.

For those of you working at the intersection of AI and Security, what certifications or learning paths do you recommend? I’m especially interested in a blend of technical and strategic programs.

If there’s a structured path or specific vendors/organizations you’d suggest for this type of upskilling, I’d appreciate your insights!
