Customers who focus are price over value = a good problem to have.  Challenges the customer facing frontline to be able to effectively tell that story of value.  And when they do ...and then PROVE the impact by way of landing the customers (initial) desired business outcome(s) / impact ...the door is WIDE open and price concerns go to the bottom of the stack.
