I have a neutral, real background that I use for all meetings.

We have corporate backgrounds (neutral) with our organization logo on them.
My department also makes seasonal backgrounds (Halloween, Fall, Summer, Christmas).

But most of the time, I don't use backgrounds at all. In my basement, I have a very neutral office corner (with nothing behind me beside a picture on the wall).
