Who can afford not to use all available channels. A comprehensive business dvelopment strategy is not the one that pays for the most tools and delivery methods, its the one that uses the tools at their discposal in teh most effective and replicable way to get the most from them. When I did direct sales teh first time, i had a phone and email. now you have video, linkedin, text, whatsapp, other social media tools, sales engageent tools, marketing nurturing, etc etc
