The leading public cloud providers, in order of market presence, are AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and IBM. This ranking is consistent across various metrics, except for pricing, where OCI stands out as the most cost-effective option. OCI offers a substantial benefit of 10TB of free egress traffic per month in the primary region, among other advantages. Additionally, Ali Cloud has established its own significant market presence.
