I chose risk management but really feel that no area can be ignored for success.
I am quite surprised by the majority of opinion that 48% of communication and engagement can afford the least attention? I feel it is the most important one, even more than the technical aspects of delivering quality. Did I read the survey wrong? Can someone who voted for communication and engagement (of process/system owners, superusers, users) explain your argument?
