Each solves a different layer of the problem. In practice, I’ve seen enterprises (banks, healthcare, education) use a mix of email encryption approaches depending on sensitivity and compliance:

TLS → baseline transport security
Push → encrypted attachments
Pull → secure portals
Certificates (S/MIME/PGP) → true end-to-end

Question not clear!? Since when is TLS/Push/pull/certifiacte used as a encryption method for an email? TLS could be used for Gateway(MTA) to Gateway(MTA) encryption, but for the email itself not realy.
