An appropriately used One-Time Pad makes for unbreakable encryption, even with QC involved I believe... but it is not particularly practical for modern day applications.
A bunch of others should be reasonably secure for the foreseeable future - particularly the new post-quantum algorithms, but I don't know if that is what the OP had in mind.

256-bit AES the difficult to break encryption and latest 512 bit is difficult, almost impossible to break.
