I’m working on developing a scalable onboarding process for new hires within our Tech, Data, and AI organization (about 1,000 people). The goal is to create a consistent and engaging experience that begins when a new hire receives their offer letter and continues through their first day. We have both employees who are onsite, and then also remote employees as well. I’d love to learn from what others have already implemented.
