The value it provides is on point, particularly in complicated modernization efforts. Support for low code & code integration. The design pattern it supports is good to understand for transformation efforts, even if you don’t use MuleSoft.

I’ve had teams implement MuleSoft and have performed work in the initial FedRAMP authorization for the US federal government.

It’s a very powerful and somewhat expensive integration tool. We’ve looked at it both independently and now as part of the Salesforce family.
