Great spot thank you.
I just wrote some consideration about in my feed... I am pleased to share with the community:

"The Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights is a set of five principles and associated practices to help guide the design, use, and deployment of automated systems to protect the rights of the American public in the age of artificial intelligence.
Developed through extensive consultation with the American public, these principles are a blueprint for building and deploying automated systems that are aligned with democratic values and protect civil rights, civil liberties, and privacy. The Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights includes this Foreword, the five principles, notes on Applying the The Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights, and a Technical Companion that gives concrete steps that can be taken by many kinds of organizations, from governments at all levels to companies of all sizes, to uphold these values."

✅ Let's briefly overview these 5 principles, after which you can dive deeper into them on your own:
✔ Safe and effective systems
✔Algorithmic discrimination protection
✔Data privacy
✔Notice and Explanation
🔺 Human alternatives, consideration and fallback

One of these principles is an aspect I haven't found anywhere:
✅ Human Alternatives, Consideration, and Fallback: Individuals should have the option to opt out of automated decision-making in favor of human alternatives when appropriate.

and you? 🙄

I am also surprised about the result of the survey:
✔ 53% of the members haven't read it
✔ 35% yes, but no one wrote a comment
✔ 12% no, and it is not in the plan to read it

Of the total, 64% are not aware of this document. Why is that?

I propose the following reasons but please feel free to suggest your own:
✔ People wasn't aware of its existence... I am here 😶
✔ Lack of interest...
✔ Overload of information: maybe someone read about but didn't care as already "informed"
✔ Ineffective communication strategies: if you think about the last point, it is end-user right.
