I prefer to work remotely. As a CIO and Strategic Leader, I don't need to be in the office. In the past 1.5 years, we have seen that our teams can be productive and still feel like they are part of the team. It allows those who prefer not to get the vaccine, the ability to still work. Working remote isn't for everyone and needs to be evaluated by the supervisor, but it does give the employee the option to still be gainfully employed.IT Executive in Healthcare and Biotech, 10,001+ employees
We have been in the office the entire pandemic. Our organization does require vaccinations, since we are a health care providing organization. I cannot understand why people still work from home, yet go to groceries, go to restaurants, and go to social events.CTO in Education, 1,001 - 5,000 employees

Vaccine & mask requirements for offices are a great starting point to showing employees that they matter. I also look for outdoor dining/lunch/break areas.
