AI has been in the workplace for years.  Industry is rebranding SW development as AI in many cases to be an innovative initiative.  Recognizing for what it "is" and what it's "not" will assist in culling through the hype.  RPA lacked governance and is causing more problems that benefit, so industry created another buzzword.  Caveat Emptor!
