We partner with our MSSP for patching services. Be prepared for a long learning curve as they need time to come up-to-speed on your environment. Issues are typically not with the tools, but with the awareness of new devices and software that requires patching and the associated processes. We are happy to offload those activities to an outside firm, but still require almost 1 FTE to monitor and advise on the performance and activities.
